Convenience Store Code Payment
When selecting the "Convenience Store Code Payment" option, a payment code will be generated after clicking "Submit Order." This code is valid for a single transaction only. Please use the ECPay convenience store payment option on the ibon machine at the store, enter the payment code, and proceed to the counter to complete the payment.
Convenience Store Barcode Payment
When selecting the "Convenience Store Barcode Payment" option, a payment barcode will be generated after clicking "Submit Order." This barcode is valid for a single transaction only. Please go to a convenience store and scan the barcode to pay the amount due and complete the payment.
Refund Processing
Once HAWDII Foods receives the returned items and confirms the product quantity and packaging integrity, we will begin the refund process. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Refund methods are as follows:
Credit Card: Refunded directly to the original credit card account.
ATM Transfer / Web ATM / Convenience Store Barcode / Payment Code: Refunded to the designated bank account.
Bank Account Information Required for Refunds
If your original payment was made via ATM transfer, Web ATM, Convenience Store Barcode, or Payment Code, please provide your bank account information when contacting customer service for a return. The following information is required for a refund:
Refund recipient’s name
Bank name
Branch name
Bank code
Bank account number
Incorrect or incomplete bank information may delay the refund process. Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser and cannot be assigned to a third party.
Invoice and Credit Note Handling
To expedite the return and refund process, customers agree that HAWDII Foods may handle all relevant documents on their behalf, including electronic invoices, credit notes, or return slips.
Refund Amount Calculation
Refunds will be issued based on the product purchase price only and will exclude shipping fees, store credits, and discount vouchers.
If your original order qualified for free shipping but, after return, no longer meets the free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

In accordance with the **Consumer Protection Act**, customers are entitled to a **7-day cooling-off period** (including weekends and public holidays) starting from the date of product delivery.

Return & Exchange Guidelines
1. 7-Day Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to return your purchase within 7 days (including holidays) of receiving the product.
Products must be **brand new, unopened, and in original packaging** (including all items, outer boxes, accessories, and any free gifts).
2. Invoice Required
The **original purchase invoice** is required for any return or refund request. Please keep it safe.
3. Unboxing Must Be Recorded
To protect your rights, we require customers to **record a full unboxing video** starting from the unopened delivery box.
This video serves as evidence in case of **missing, incorrect, damaged, or defective items**.
Returns or exchanges **will not be accepted without a complete video recording** as proof.
4. Personal Consumable Products
This product is a **personal consumable item**. Unless the product is **defective**, **no returns or exchanges** will be accepted **once the outer packaging is opened or the product is consumed**.
5. Defective Products
If your product is defective, we offer *unconditional returns or exchanges*.

6. Return Request Procedure
Please contact our customer service *within 7 days* of receiving the item.
Our team will confirm a convenient pickup time and arrange for the logistics provider to collect the item.

7. Return Packaging
Please place the item back in the *original shipping carton* and ensure it is in *unused and complete condition*.
If the original box is unavailable, use another carton to protect the item. Any free gifts must also be returned.
8. Inspect Upon Delivery
To protect your rights, please *inspect your order upon arrival*.
If you find any issues (e.g., damaged box, incorrect or missing items), contact us **within 24 hours** of delivery with photos sent to our customer service email.
9. Order Errors

Orders shipped via home delivery or convenience store pickup are processed and dispatched on a fixed schedule: every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Orders placed before 8:00 AM on the shipping day will be processed on the same day.
Orders placed after 8:00 AM will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.
In cases of public holidays, extended weekends, natural disasters, or transport disruptions, shipping times may be delayed or adjusted accordingly.
Once an order is confirmed, shipments are processed in the order received and dispatched according to the shipping schedule. Delivery times will vary depending on your chosen delivery method:
Home delivery: Arrives approximately 1–2 days after dispatch.
Convenience store pickup: Arrives at the designated store about 2 days after the shipping date.
Offshore islands: Delivery via postal service may take 5–7 days.
Shipping time may be extended under the following circumstances:
Delivery to offshore islands or remote areas
Oversized or overweight items
Incorrect or incomplete recipient information
Peak seasons (e.g., Lunar New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, 11.11 Shopping Festival)
Customer-requested address changes
System maintenance by the logistics provider
Warehouse inventory checks or space adjustments
Bulk orders that require separate delivery coordination
Force majeure events such as typhoons, earthquakes, or other natural disasters
If an item is temporarily out of stock and cannot be shipped immediately, the order will be shipped once the product is back in stock, based on the order sequence.
Our customer service team will contact you by phone to inform you of the revised shipping date.
All orders will include an electronic invoice provided with the shipment.
If you have selected a mobile barcode or donation option for your invoice, a transaction summary will be included as confirmation.
Due to delivery service limitations, home delivery is only available within Taiwan’s main island.
Customers in offshore island regions may use convenience store pickup as an alternative.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate delivery services under the following conditions:
Website downtime due to server or system malfunctions that prevent users from accessing the site. (Confirmed orders will still be fulfilled and delivered.)
Force majeure events such as fire, flood, earthquake, power outage, explosion, natural disasters, war, riots, civil unrest, transportation failure, equipment breakdown, national defense or government policies, etc.
Violation of laws or regulations by the customer.
