Eventually, Mr. Liu transformed this barbecue powder into barbecue sauce and established "HAW-DI-I Foods Co., Ltd." He branded the products under the name "Bullhead." Since then, this small change by Mr. Liu has led to revolutionary changes in Taiwan's culinary scene.
The Bullhead brand, originating from Mr. Liu Lai-Qin, draws inspiration from the Chinese zodiac sign of the ox, hence the name Bullhead.
