· 1 piece-------------------Grapefruit

· 180g--------------------Romaine lettuce

Chicken breast Marinade

· 1 tsp---------------------Rice wine

Vinaigrette

· 60ml---------------------Olive oil

· 20ml---------------------White vinegar

· 1 tbsp---------------------Granulated sugar

· 20ml-------------------------------Lemonade

    Marinate the chicken breast with wine, soy sauce, and barbecue sauce for 15 minutes.
