· 1 box------------------Hard bean curd

· 4 pieces----------------Shrimp

· 2 stems----------------Green onion
· 1 tbsp.-----------------Corn kernel

· 15cc.------------------Rice wine

· 1 tbsp.-----------------Thin Soy sauce

    Quarter the hard bean curd into 4 pieces. Scoop some tofu out. Mix the scooped tofu, shrimp dice, corn kernel, and chopped green onion.

    Add barbecue sauce to season. Fill in the filling into the tofu.
