Roasted Curry Chicken Cubes with Vegetables

Ingredients

Marinade

  • Mixed dried herbs (Spice mix) ------- To taste 

  • Mirin ---------------------------------------- 1 tbsp 

  • Soy sauce ---------------------------------- 2 tsp 

  • Toasted white sesame seeds ---------- As needed

    Combine the chicken chunks with the marinade sauce. Massage the meat gently to ensure the curry flavor is thoroughly absorbed.
