Seafood Shallot Sauce Tossed Noodles

Ingredients :

  • Wavy sliced noodles-------- 2 sheets

  • Clams ----------------------- 10 pieces

  • Shrimp --------------------- 6 pieces

  • Snow peas ------------------ 10 pods

  • Onion ----------------------- 40g

  • Carrot ----------------------- 40g

Seasonings:

  • Shallot sauce --------------- 1.5 tablespoons

  • Soy sauce ------------------- a dash

    Prepare Bull Head Shallot Sauce and all the required ingredients.

    Stir-fry onion, carrot, and snow peas in a little oil.
