French Fries with Minced Pork and Barbecue Sauce

· 4 pieces-------------------Potato (approximately 700g)

· 300g----------------------Minced Pork

【Seasoning】

· 2 tbsp.--------------------Barbecue sauce

· 10ml----------------------White vinegar

· 1 tsp.---------------------Salt

· 1 tbsp.--------------------Oil

· ¼ tsp.---------------------Black pepper

· 1 tsp-----------------------Rice wine

· 120ml---------------------Water

· 2 tbsp.---------------------Soy sauce
· 1 tsp.----------------------Granulated sugar

· 1 tbsp.---------------------corn starch water
 

COOKING STEPS

    Peel the potato and cut into finger-width strips.

    Add white vinegar and salt to boiling water. Cook potato in boiling water for 8 minutes.

    Remove and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of oil to mix well.

    Preheat the oven to 240℃, bake the French fries for 20 minutes. Remove and flip the side to bake for another 20 minutes.

    Sprinkle with black pepper and ¼ tsp of salt to mix well and set aside.

    Stir-fry the minced pork with barbecue sauce in the pan.

    Season with rice wine, soy sauce, and sugar. Add water to cook until boiling, Cook for 5 minutes until flavored. Thicken with corn starch water and drizzle on the French fries. Garnish with cheese powder.
