Honey ShaCha Squid

Ingredients

  • Squid ---------------------------- 2 pieces

  • Garlic --------------------------- 3 cloves

  • White sesame seeds ------------- a small amount

Seasonings:

  • Bull Head barbecue sauce (ShaCha sauce) ------- 1 tablespoon (35g)

  • Thick soy sauce ---------------- 2 teaspoons

  • Brown sugar --------------------- 1 tablespoon

  • Rice wine ------------------------ 1 tablespoon
