Glass noodles with minced pork in rich, savory ShaCha sauce.

ShaCha Ants Climbing a Tree (Ma Yi Shang Shu)

Ingredients

  • Ground pork – 70 g

  • Glass noodles (pre-soaked) – 2 bundles

  • Minced garlic – 1 tablespoon

  • Scallions– a small amount (for garnish)
  • Chili peppers – a small amount (optional, for heat)

Seasonings

  • Bull Head barbecue sauce (ShaCha sauce) – 1½ tablespoons

  • Oyster sauce – 3 tablespoons

  • Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon

  • Rice wine – 1 tablespoon
