Ingredients
-  Ground pork – 70 g 
-  Glass noodles (pre-soaked) – 2 bundles 
-  Minced garlic – 1 tablespoon 
- Scallions– a small amount (for garnish)
-  Chili peppers – a small amount (optional, for heat) 
Seasonings
-  Bull Head barbecue sauce (ShaCha sauce) – 1½ tablespoons 
-  Oyster sauce – 3 tablespoons 
-  Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon 
-  Rice wine – 1 tablespoon
