Ingredients

  • Noodles — 200g

  • Crushed peanuts — 10g

  • Chopped scallions — 10g

  • Fresh chili — 5g

  • Dried chili — 5g

  • Garlic — 15g

  • Western celery — 10g

  • White sesame seeds — a pinch

  • Soft-boiled egg — 1 piece

  • Spicy chili paste — 1 tablespoon

  • Sesame paste — 1 teaspoon

  • Black vinegar — 1 teaspoon

  • Rice wine — 1 tablespoon

  • White pepper — to taste

  • Salt — a pinch

  • Caster sugar — a pinch
