  • Ginger Slices ----------------------------- A few

  • Rice Wine -------------------------------- A splash / To taste

  • Goji Berries ------------------------------ 10g

  • Jujubes ---------------------------------- 10 pcs

  • Baiye Tofu ------------------------------- 200g

  • White Shimeji Mushrooms-------------- 1 pack

  • Cabbage --------------------------------- 300g

  • Cumin Powder -------------------------- A pinch / To taste

    Preparing the Ingredients for a Mongolian Lamb Hot Pot recipe.

    Add the lamb chunks, ginger slices, scallion sections, and rice wine into a pot. Fill with cold water and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for about 5–10 mins to remove any gamey odors and impurities. Once done, set the lamb aside.

    Combine the Mongolian hot pot soup concentrate with 1000 ml of water and bring to a boil.

    Add the Mongolian herbal spice pack, Goji berries, and Jujubes. Simmer for approximately 10–15 minutes.

    Add the vegetables and tofu and cook for 3–5 minutes, allowing the natural sweetness of the vegetables to infuse into the broth.

    Add an appropriate amount of cumin powder to enhance the layers of flavor.
