  • Minced Pork -------------------------- 100g

  • Sliced Mushrooms -------------------- 50g

  • Beaten Egg ---------------------------- 1 pc (Large)

  • Instant Sesame Oil Chicken Broth --- 1 pack

  • Water ---------------------------------- 500ml

  • Rice Wine ------------------------------ 10g

  • White Pepper -------------------------- To taste (or a pinch)

  • Sesame Oil ---------------------------- To taste (or a drizzle)
