Creamy Baked Napa Cabbage

Ingredients 

  • Napa Cabbage (Chinese Cabbage): 1/2 head (大白菜)

  • Carrot: 1 small piece, sliced (紅蘿蔔)

  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced (蒜頭)

  • Dried Shrimp: 1 tsp (蝦米)

  • Egg: 1 piece (雞蛋)

 

The Creamy Mix & Topping (醬料與起司)

  • Bull Head Clear Chicken Broth: 80cc (原味高湯雞肉風味)

  • Heavy Cream: 60cc (鮮奶油)

  • Shredded Cheese (Mozzarella/Cheddar): To taste (乳酪絲)

    In a pan, sauté the minced garlic and dried shrimp until fragrant. Add the carrots and Napa cabbage, stirring them together. Pour in the Bull Head Clear Chicken Broth and simmer to bring out the natural sweetness of the vegetables.
