Vegetable Tamagoyaki

Ingredients

  • Finely minced carrots ----------------- 30g

  • Finely minced broccoli ---------------- 30g

  • Corn kernels ---------------------------- 30g

  • Seaweed seafood broth ------------- 30cc

  • Sugar ------------------------------------ 5g

    Pour more egg mixture into the same pan to continue frying. Lift the previous egg roll slightly to let the new egg liquid flow underneath it. Once the new layer is set, roll it up starting from the first roll. Repeat this process 3 to 4 times until finish
