COOKING STEPS

    Sliced carrot and onion. Blanch broccoli and okra. Set aside.

    Take an empty bowl and fully massage the chuck steak with marinating sauce well.

    Place the marinated chuck steak in a Ziploc bag. Place the Ziploc bag in the pot with cold water. Squeeze the air out completely and press to close the Ziploc bag in a vacuum state.

    Heat a pot of hot water to nearly full (use an induction cooker or a steam cooker) to control the temperature at 50℃. Place vacuumed beef and immerse for 2 hours.
