You can use pork belly slices. Trim dry asparagus ends and peel stalks before cooking.

Shacha Beef Asparagus Wraps

Ingredients

  • 6 slices — Thinly sliced beef

  • 2 stems — Asparagus

  • 1 stem — Cilantro

Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp — Barbecue sauce

  • ½ tbsp — Honey

  • 2 tsp — Peanut powder

  • Some — Himalayan salt
