Stir-Fried Watermelon Rind and Pork with Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

  • 300g — Pork tenderloin

  • 300g — Watermelon rind

  • 50g — Red Pepper

  • 25g — Green onion

Marinade

  • 1 tsp — Rice wine

  • 1 tsp — Soy sauce

Seasoning

  • 1½ tbsp — Barbecue sauce

  • 1 tsp — Soy sauce

  • 1 tsp — Rice wine

    Julienne the watermelon rind and add 1 tablespoon of salt to marinate for 15 minutes. Rinse off the salt with water. Squeeze dry and set aside.
