Shacha Stir-fry noodles

Ingredients

  • 200g — Oil noodles

  • 50g — Streaky pork slices

  • 20g — Carrot, julienned

  • 2 cloves — Garlic, minced

  • 60g — Mixed vegetables (e.g., bok choy, cabbage)

  • 50g — Onion, sliced

  • 1 stem — Green onion, chopped

Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp — Bull Head Barbecue Sauce (Sha Cha Sauce)

  • 1 tbsp — Oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp — Rice wine

  • 1 tbsp — Soy sauce
