Stir-Fry Kale and Beef with Barbecue Sauce

· 180g---------------------Beef

· 200g---------------------Kale

· 3g------------------------Ginger

· 5g------------------------Garlic

· 1 piece-------------------Chili

· 20g-----------------------Green Onion

【Beef Marinade】

· 2 tsp.---------------------Barbecue sauce

· 1 tsp.---------------------Soy sauce

· 1 tsp.---------------------White sesame oil

·  1 tsp.--------------------Oyster sauce

· 1 tsp.---------------------Corn starch
【Seasoning】

· 1 tsp.---------------------Barbecue Sauce

· 2 tsp.---------------------Soy sauce

· 1 tsp.---------------------Rice wine

· 1 tsp.---------------------Corn starch

COOKING STEPS

    Prepare all ingredients.

    Slice ginger and garlic. Cut green at an angle. Slice chili.

    Remove kale leaves and cut the stem in an angle and small sections. Slice the beef to set aside.

    Marinate the beef slices with marinating sauce for 15 minutes.

    Mix the barbecue sauce well.

    Heat a pot of water, add some salt and oil, blanch the stem of kale for 1 minute. Blanch the kale leaf for another 1 minute before removing it.
