Shacha sauce goes great with squid. In Hakka stir-fry, the squid’s crunch complements chewy tofu and pork.

Shacha Hakka Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 200g — Streaky pork

  • 1 piece — Squid

  • 25g — Green onion, chopped

  • 20g — Chili, sliced

  • 100g — Celery, sliced

  • 6 pieces — Dried bean curd

  • 10g — Garlic, minced

Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp — Bull Head Barbecue sauce

  • 2 tbsp — Soy sauce

  • 2 tsp — Sugar

    Prepare all ingredients.

    Cut celery and green onion into sections, slice at an angle and mince the garlic.

    Slice the dried bean curd, julienne the squid and shred the streaky pork.

    Sauté the dried bean curd over low heat until golden brown on the surface.
