【Marinade 】

· 1 tbsp. -------------------Hot & Spicy barbecue sauce

· 2 tbsp.-------------------Orange marmalade

Prepare all ingredients.

Mix the Hot & Spicy barbecue sauce with orange marmalade well. Add the sauce to the diced beef, mix well, and set aside for 20 minutes.

Spread the diced beef on the baking plate. Preheat the oven at 230℃ and bake and until golden brown on all sides while the inside is medium-well.
