    Heat a pot of hot water. Blanch the entire cabbage for about 3 minutes. Remove and allow it to cool off, in order to remove the cabbage leaves. Remove the entire leaves of cabbage and remove the stem.

    Heat a pot of oil. Pour in the egg liquid and quickly mix until golden crispy. Quickly remove and set aside.

    Spread the cabbage leaves removed from the stem. Wrap in all shredded ingredients. Roll up the cabbage in a cylinder and set it aside.
