  • Red & Yellow Bell Peppers-- 1/2 each (sliced or shredded)

  • Green Bell Pepper----------- 1/2 (sliced or shredded)

  • Cooked Rice------------------1 bowl

Sauce 

  • Spicy Chili Paste-------------- 1 tbsp

  • Garlic Paste------------------- 1 tsp

  • Ginger Paste------------------ 1 tsp

  • Soy Sauce--------------------- 1.5 tbsp

  • Vinegar------------------------1 tsp

  • Fine Sugar-------------------- 1 tsp

  • White Pepper Powder-------- A pinch

    Place the pork belly slices in a pan and sear them without adding extra oil. Fry until the edges are golden and the natural pork fat has rendered out, creating a flavorful base for the stir-fry.
