  • Ground pork ---------------- 300g

  • Flatbread ------------------- 4 pieces

  • Red chili pepper ------------ 1 piece

  • Garlic cloves ---------------- 6 cloves

  • Ginger ---------------------- 10g


Seasonings

  • Spicy chili paste ------------- 3 tablespoons

  • Soy sauce -------------------- 2 tablespoons

  • Salt --------------------------- a pinch

  • White pepper ---------------- a pinch

  • Rice wine --------------------- 1 tablespoon

  • Sugar ------------------------- 1 teaspoon
