Sesame Oil Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken Thigh ------ 1 pc

  • Noodles ----------------------- 100g

  • Baby Bok Choy ----------------2 heads

  • Shimeji Mushrooms ---------- 1/2 pack

  • Shredded Ginger ------------- 20g
  • Goji berries -------------------- 5g

Seasoning / Broth

  • Sesame Oil Chicken Broth --- 1 pack

  • Rice Wine --------------------- 10g

  • Soy Sauce --------------------- 10g

  • Water --------------------------300g

    Cut the chicken thigh into small bite-sized pieces. Place them skin-side down in a pan and sear until the skin is lightly charred and golden. Add the shredded ginger and stir-fry until the chicken meat turns white.

    Add the sesame oil chicken broth, water, all seasonings, baby bok choy, and shimeji mushrooms, then bring the mixture to a boil.
