Seafood Egg Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • Fried Egg Noodles --------- 1 pc

  • Clams ----------------------- 5 pcs

  • White Shrimp ---------------3 pcs

  • Tilapia Fillets ----------------3 slices

  • Napa Cabbage -------------- to taste

  • Shimeji Mushrooms -------- 30g

Seasoning / Broth

  • Japanese style bonito broth -- 1 pack

  • Water --------------------------- 400cc
