Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients

  • Cabbage Leaves ---------- 5 leaves

  • Chives  -------------------- 5 stalks

  • Ground Pork  ------------- 100g

  • Carrots  ------------------- 25g

  • Water  -------------------- 400cc

  • Potato Starch  ------------ A pinch (or As needed)

Seasoning 

  • Kombu Vegetable Broth --- 1 pack

  • Soy Sauce -------------------10g

    Blanch the cabbage leaves in boiling water until softened, then shock in cold water and set aside.

    Blanch the chives in boiling water, then rinse under cold water and set aside.

    Mix the shredded carrots, ground pork, and soy sauce together until well combined. Set aside.

    Drain and dry the cabbage leaves, then lightly coat with starch to help the filling adhere. Place the prepared filling in the center, roll into parcels, and tie with chives to hold the shape.
