Ingredients 

  • Napa Cabbage  ---------------- 180g

  • Fried Tofu Skin ----------------- 5-6 pieces

  • Wood Ear Mushrooms  -------- 30g

  • Shredded Carrots -------------- 15g

  • Dried Shiitake Mushrooms ---- 3 pieces

  • Dried Shrimp  ------------------ 3g

  • Rice Wine  ---------------------- 20g

  • Water  --------------------------- 450g

Seasoning

  • Japanese style bonito broth---- 1 pack

    Add the water, napa cabbage, wood ear mushrooms, and shredded carrots to the pot. Simmer for 3–5 minutes to extract the natural sweetness and flavors of the vegetables.
