Ingredients 

  • Peeled Chili Pepper Broth -- 1 pack

  • Napa Cabbage -------------- 150g 

  • Tomato -----------------------1/2 pc 

  • Shredded Scallions ----------10g

  • Rice Wine --------------------20g 

  • Fine Sugar -------------------a pinch

  • Salt ---------------------------a pinch 

 Meatball Filling

  • Ground Pork (Fine) --------180g 

  • Minced Ginger ------------- 1g 

  • Minced Onion --------------10g 

  • Egg White ------------------20g

  • Rice Wine -------------------10g  

  • White Pepper -------------- a pinch 

  • Salt ------------------------- a pinch  

  • Soy Sauce ------------------ a dash

    Prepare all the ingredients

    Mix the meatball ingredients thoroughly, then divide and shape the mixture into three equal-sized balls.
