Crispy Korean Zucchini Shallot Pancakes

Ingredients 

  • Green Zucchini (Shredded) ------------100g 

  • Garlic Chives (Cut into segments) ----- 30g  

  • Onion (Thinly sliced) --------------------50g   

  • Carrot (Shredded)----------------------- 30g  

  • Scallions (Cut into small segments) ---- 20g  

  • All-Purpose Flour----------------------- 100g  

  • Purified Water (RO Water) ------------- 200g  

  • Shallot Sauce   -------------------------- 20g  

Seasoning 

  • Salt ------------------------------------ 3-4g 

  • White Pepper Powder----------------- 3-4g
