Shacha Pork Rice Soup

  • Rice Wine ----------------------- 100g

  • Barbecue Sauce ------------------- 100g

    Combine the pork belly, pork bones, half of the scallions, ginger, onion, and rice wine in a pot. Add enough RO water to submerge the ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.

    Remove the pork belly and set it aside to cool. Filter the broth and return it to the pot. Add the Napa cabbage, daikon slices, and both types of shimeji mushrooms, then cook for 5-10 minutes.
