Spicy Tofu Pudding

Ingredients 

  • Tofu pudding ---------------------- 1 large bowl

  • Green onions (chopped) ----------- 30g

  • Pickled mustard tuber (minced) --- 30g

  • Garlic-flavored peanuts ----------- 50g

  • White sesame seeds --------------- 1 tbsp

Seasoning 

  • Bull Head Spicy Chili Paste -------- 2 tbsp

  • Soy sauce -------------------------- 1 tbsp

  • Sugar ------------------------------ 1/3 tbsp

  • Chili oil --------------------------- 1 tbsp

  • Sichuan pepper powder ----------- 1/2 tsp

  • Sichuan pepper oil ---------------- 1/2 tsp
